Cory Neill - Environment Artist Demo Reel , After Effects, Maya, mental ray, Photoshop May 2009
This is a video showcasing my best modeling and texturing work as of April 2009. The first scene is the interior of the Lincoln Cathedral located in England. The dramatic lighting was important in setting the mood of this piece. The second environment shown is located in a wooded area close to night time. It is set up in the backyard of someone who is a jack of all trades. The third scene is the Papal Palace located in Viterbo, Italy. I added in the water and pier as well as subtle details such as algae, moss, ivy, etc. Also, since the building looked like it was meant for defensive measures, I chose to add some damage to it.
